We provide a platform for booking car rentals through two channels:
- Direct Fleet: Vehicles owned and operated locally by us.
- Partner Fleet: Vehicles operated by third-party partners via affiliate agreements.
The website will clearly indicate whether a vehicle is provided by us or a partner.
2. Booking & Payments
- Direct Rentals: For rentals from our local fleet, payment terms will be provided during the checkout process.
- Partner Rentals: We act as a referrer for partner vehicles. If you rent from a partner, the contract is between you and that partner. All payments for partner rentals are collected directly by the partner. We are not responsible for payment disputes or refunds related to partner bookings.
3. Referrals & Remuneration
We may receive remuneration or a commission from our partners for referring clients to their services. This does not increase the cost of the rental to you.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration data. You must hold a valid driver's license and meet the age and insurance requirements specified for the specific vehicle chosen (requirements may vary between our local fleet and partner fleets).
5. Content & Recommendations
Our blog provides travel and booking recommendations for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the availability or pricing of third-party services mentioned in our content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of partner services. Our liability for direct fleet rentals is governed by the specific Rental Agreement signed at the time of vehicle pickup.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
